**Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize and Edit Videos:Develop creative concepts for social media videos, including storyboarding, shot lists, and editing sequences to ensure a compelling narrative that captures attention quickly.
- Filming and Footage Management:Collaborate with videographers to capture high-quality footage, manage raw video assets, and organize them for efficient editing.
- Post-Production Editing:Assemble raw footage, add transitions, graphics, text overlays, music, sound effects, and color corrections to create polished videos that adhere to platform-specific best practices.
- Trend Awareness:Stay updated on the latest social media trends, video formats, and viral challenges to incorporate relevant elements into video content.
- Platform Optimization:Tailor video edits for different social media platforms, considering aspect ratios, video length limitations, and optimal visual aesthetics for each platform.
- Collaboration:Work closely with marketing teams, content creators, and designers to align video content with overall brand messaging and campaign goals.
- Analytics and Reporting:Monitor video performance metrics like views, engagement, and reach to identify trends and refine future video strategies.

**Required Skills**:

- Proficiency in Video Editing Software:Expertise in industry-standard video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Creative Storytelling:Strong ability to craft engaging narratives through visual sequencing, pacing, and transitions.
- Visual Design Sense:Understanding of color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy to create aesthetically pleasing videos.
- Technical Skills:Knowledge of video codecs, file formats, and resolution requirements for different social media platforms.
- Social Media Savvy:Deep understanding of social media algorithms, audience behavior, and content trends on various platforms.
- Quick Turnaround Time:Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines to produce high-quality videos quickly.

**Qualification**:

- 3-5 years of experience as a Video Editor
- Graduated from a reputed institute with a diploma or degree.
- Proven work experience as a Video Editor
- Solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages (e.g. Avid Media Composer, Lightworks, PremierePro, After Effects, and Final Cut Pro)
- Demonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolio
- Thorough knowledge of timing, motivation and continuity
- Creative mind and storytelling skills have a context menu
- Strong understanding of video editing for social media platforms.
- Ability to work efficiently, meet tight deadlines, and deliver high-quality work.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.

**Experience**:

- Video Editing: 3 years (preferred)
- Total work: 3-5 years (required)

Video Production: 3 years (preferred)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:
