**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct classroom teaching using modern and interactive methods.

- Maintain accurate academic records, attendance, and report cards.
- Organize and supervise co-curricular activities related to commerce (e.g., business clubs, commerce fairs, debates).
- Coordinate with parents through PTMs and regular communication.
- Participate in school events, staff meetings, and professional development programs.
- Ensure a positive, disciplined, and inclusive classroom environment.

**Qualifications & Skills**:
**Educational Qualification**:

- Postgraduate degree (M.Com) in Commerce or a related field from a recognized university.
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) - **mandatory for ICSE schools**.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in a reputed ICSE school preferred.
- Proven track record in preparing students for board exams with strong results.

**Skills**:

- In-depth knowledge of ICSE Commerce curriculum.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and online teaching platforms.
- Passionate about teaching and mentoring young minds.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

**Desirable**:

- Ability to integrate real-world business and economic concepts into teaching.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
