**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Teach Mathematics to secondary and senior secondary classes (Grades IX-X) following the ICSE curriculum.
- Develop and deliver well-structured lesson plans that engage and challenge students.
- Use innovative teaching methods and technologies to enhance learning outcomes.
- Prepare students thoroughly for ICSE (Class X) board examinations.
- Design and conduct class tests, assignments, remedial classes, and extra coaching if required.
- Track and evaluate student progress, and provide regular feedback to students and parents.
- Maintain records such as lesson plans, marks registers, attendance, and academic reports.
- Encourage logical thinking, problem-solving, and mathematical reasoning among students.
- Participate actively in staff meetings, workshops, school events, and parent-teacher interactions.

**Qualifications & Skills**:
**Educational Qualification**:

- Master’s degree (M.Sc.) in Mathematics from a recognized university.
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) - **mandatory** for ICSE schools.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in an ICSE/ISC school is desirable.
- Proven success in preparing students for board and competitive examinations.

**Skills**:

- Strong command of mathematics and ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- Comfortable with digital teaching tools and smartboard usage.
- Patience, creativity, and passion for teaching.

**Desirable**:

- Ability to inspire gifted students and support those who need extra help.
- Familiarity with new NEP-aligned teaching methods and continuous assessments.
