**Job Title**: Junior Creative Designer

**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month

**About the Role**

We are looking for a **Junior Creative Designer** to join our creative team. In this role, you will assist in designing visually appealing book covers, brochures, menu cards, and personalized gifting materials. You will have the opportunity to bring creative ideas to life while working in a collaborative environment. This position is perfect for someone with at least 1 year of design experience (full time / internship) who is eager to grow their career in the design space.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with the design team to create book covers, brochures, menu cards, and other marketing materials.
- Design customised materials for personalised gifting projects.
- Use design tools like Canva, Photoshop, and Illustrator to produce high-quality visuals.
- Work closely with the content and marketing teams to ensure design aligns with brand guidelines.
- Proofread and edit designs to ensure clarity and grammatical accuracy.
- Stay updated with design trends to deliver fresh and innovative concepts.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- **Experience**: At least 1 year of experience in graphic design or a related field.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Canva and Photoshop is mandatory; working knowledge of Illustrator and Ms-Word is a plus.
- **Language Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- **Creativity**: Strong sense of design aesthetics, colour, typography, and layout.
- **Attention to Detail**: High level of accuracy in design and proofreading.
- **Time Management**: Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- **Teamwork**: Willingness to collaborate and take constructive feedback.
