**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales for valve products.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting potential clients and generating leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and preferences, and providing personalized solutions.
5. Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, procurement, and customer service, to ensure seamless coordination and timely delivery of valve orders.
6. Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients, negotiating terms and closing sales agreements.
7. Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations to enhance our sales strategies and product offerings.
8. Maintain accurate records of sales activities.
9. Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote our brand, expand our client base, and generate leads for valve sales.
10. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process and beyond.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the valves industries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, understand their needs, and articulate solutions effectively.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively to meet sales objectives and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to travel to client sites, attend meetings, and participate in industry events as needed.
