**Job Title**: Life Insurance Sales Representative

**Location**: Airoli

**Salary**: ₹16,000 (In-hand)

**Responsibilities**:

- Contact potential customers to present and explain various life insurance products.
- Assess clients' insurance needs and recommend suitable policies based on their financial goals and risk tolerance.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to identify potential sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Follow up with leads and prospects to convert them into policyholders.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information on insurance products, terms, and conditions.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall team goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in insurance policies.

**Requirements**:

- Prior BPO sales experience or fresher with excellent communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills to effectively engage with clients.
- Good understanding of life insurance products and industry regulations (training will be provided).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude towards sales targets and goals.

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month

- Thane, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
