Logistics Executive

**Job Role: Logistics Executive
- Fleet Monitoring**

Joining on immediate basis. Location
- Kolkata (Chinar Park)

2-4 years with experience in Executive Role and Logistics Industry (Must have experience with Road Transportation based Company) with experience in Fleet Tracking and reporting.

**Key Responsibility Areas**:
Be a part of team of 10+ operations team in a variety of roles; achieve high results in fleet

monitoring with GPS based tracking system and direct coordination with Operations team

and drivers for achieving efficiency in Fleet.

**1. Monitoring
- Owned Fleet**
- ERP Operations
- Operate ERP to create Job Orders, Vehicle Placement, CN updating and tracking of GPS fitted vehicles in real time. Fleet of 100+ vehicles are to be monitored for location, loading, unloading and border transit.
- MIS- Prepare and update MIS daily basis with end of day and current status of each vehicle. Share report with team head.
- Analysis
- Analyse data, TAT, ETA variance and check metrics over actual variance and escalate to team lead. Expected to understand and create advanced analytics for fleet performance.
- Coordination
- Coordinate with Drivers and field team of LCs and other operations team members to resolve any road transit related issues, quality checks, adherence to SOP for fleet, mitigate related delay issues.

**2. Monitoring
- Market Fleet**
- ERP Operations
- Operate ERP to create Job Orders, Vehicle Placement, CN updating and tracking SIM Tracking of market placed vehicles in real time. Directly oversee 20+ loadings and onboarding of market vehicles daily in SIM tracking platform on ERP. Vehicles are to be monitored for location, loading, unloading and border transit.
- SIM Tracking
- Coordinate and ensure all market fleet is onboarded and SIM is updated with Tracking consent.
- MIS- Prepare and update MIS daily basis with end of day and current status of each vehicle. Share report with team head.
- Analysis
- Analyze data, TAT, ETA variance and check metrics over actual variance and escalate to team lead. Expected to understand and create advanced analytics for fleet performance.
- Coordination
- Coordinate with Drivers/ Vendor / Broker and field team of LCs and other operations team members to resolve any road transit related issues, quality checks, adherence to SOP for fleet, mitigate related delay issues.

**3. Placement and Programming
- Fleet**
- Program planning
- Identify fleet ETA, assist in creating advance programs for fleet placement, monitor Loading Order issue to Fleet, ensure idle time is mínimal between programs.
- Market Fleet Placement
- Assist with placement accurately for market fleet post proper onboarding of Vehicle and Driver in ERP system. Ensure mínimal failure in market placement and no fleet is placed without proper tracking.
- Reports
- Create and update reports on Program and Placement in coordination with Fleet and Operations team. Ensure all reports are timely update and submitted for review.

**Key Skills (required)**:

- Experience in Working in Logistics ERP (Logics, SAP, Oracle, others)
- Experience in Tracking of Vehicle in GPS system
- Experience in Tracking of Vehicle in SIM Tracking System
- Good skills in MS Excel (V Look-up, Pivot Table, Charts, Formula building, etc.)
- Fluent in Verbal and written communication both English and Hindi.
- Fluent with presentation and reports drafting skills and presenting outcomes and analysis to core management.
- High aspiration and delivery oriented work approach is expected.

**Key Education**:

- Graduation/ Diploma (required)
- Certification courses in Microsoft (Preferable)Work Experience (required):

- 2-4 years with experience in Executive Role and Logistics Industry (Must have experience with Road Transportation based Company) with experience in Fleet Tracking and reporting.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
