Logistics Executive- Data

**Job Role: Logistics Executive
- Data & MIS (Back Office)**

Joining on immediate basis. Location
- Kolkata (Chinar Park)

2-4 years with experience in Executive Role and Logistics Industry (Must have experience with Road Transportation based Company) with experience in Fleet Tracking and reporting.

**Key Responsibility Areas**:
Be a part of team of 10+ operations team in a variety of roles; achieve high results in Back Office role with analytical approach towards MIS. Experience in Data entry on ERP for Trucking and Logistics sector is mandatory.

**1. Data Entry
- ERP & MIS**
- ERP Operations
- Operate ERP to create Job Orders, Maintenance Entries, Entry of Bills and Vouchers, Fuel Slips, Toll charges, Road expenses etc. Able to update entry with supporting documents and within fixed slabs of costs / allocation.
- MIS- Prepare and update MIS daily basis with end of day. Share report with team head.
- Analysis
- Analyse data, MI, identify route cost, profitability, expense overheads(operational), variance and check metrics over actual variance and escalate to team lead. Expected to understand and create advanced analytics for fleet performance.
- Coordination
- Coordinate with Drivers and field team of LCs and other operations team members to resolve any documentation or entry related issues, quality checks, adherence to SOP for fleet, mitigate related delay issues.

**2. Analysis & Reporting
- MIS & ERP**
- ERP Operations
- Should be able to understand, analyze and create reports on ERP data. Have sound understanding of Fleet Operations to understand flow of work, maintenance cost entries, road charges and expenses entries.
- Identify Cost Variance
- Should be able to identify difference in expected and actual costs for expenses of Fleet. Should be able to analyse and report such identified variances from time to time.
- MIS- Prepare and update MIS daily basis with end of day and current status of each vehicle. Share report with team head.
- Coordination
- Coordinate with Drivers and field team of LCs and other operations team members to resolve any documentation, expense to road transit related issues, quality checks, adherence to SOP for fleet, mitigate related delay issues.
- Reports
- Create and update reports on Program and Placement in coordination with Fleet and Operations team. Ensure all reports are timely update and submitted for review.

**Key Skills (required)**:

- Experience in Working in Logistics ERP (Logics, SAP, Oracle, others)
- Experience in Data Entry for Road movement and Maintenance related entries in logistics.
- Experience in Operation of Logistics (Trucking) Sector.
- Good skills in MS Excel (V Look-up, Pivot Table, Charts, Formula building, etc.)
- Fluent in Verbal and written communication both English and Hindi.
- Fluent with presentation and reports drafting skills and presenting outcomes and analysis to core management.
- High aspiration and delivery oriented work approach is expected.

**Key Education**:

- Graduation/ Diploma (required)
- Certification courses in Microsoft (Preferable)

**Work Experience (required)**:
2-4 years with experience in Executive Role and Logistics Industry (Must have experience with Road Transportation based Company) with experience in Fleet Tracking and reporting.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
