Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information.
- Maintain a courteous and empathetic tone during customer interactions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Determine the requirement of the caller and handle calls effectively. Follow communication scripts while handling different topics.
- Update job knowledge by participating in training. Identify the learning needs and discuss with the Team Manager.
- Answer inquiries by researching, locating and providing information.
- Resolve problems by clarifying issues, exploring answers, finding alternative solutions and escalating unresolved problems to Team Lead.
- Complete daily tasks such as doctors’ leave updates/ doctors’ OP timing changes and forward the live updates among team.
- Sell additional services by recognizing opportunities to up-sell and by explaining new features.
- Maintain Call Centre database by entering updated information.
- Keep the equipment's operational by handling it smoothly and reporting malfunctions
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.

**Salary**: From ₹22,000.00 per month
