**Role & responsibilities**

**Purpose**:
Responsible for generating companys top line by generating sales from the market.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Establish & Achieve sales objectives by creating a sales plan for each day / distributor.
- Recommend product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors
- Effectively implement the marketing campaign designed to increase product sales and collect market feedback on the effectiveness of the campaign and its impact on sales.
- Explain the need and make sure the Distributor stocks the entire product SKUs.
- Handle effectively any product queries, customer complaints, Distributor queries etc. by seeking guidance from SOs / Sales Manager.
- Ensure product availability in all the targeted areas and ensure that the market is adequately covered by the Distributors.
- Effectively work the Distributor sales person and make sure to cover all the shops in the assigned area to generate orders.
- Coordinate with Marketing & make sure the orders are fulfilled and stocks are reached to the Distributors.
- Track on a daily basis, achievement of sales targets and make sure targets are achieved without fail.
- Prepare and send Daily Call Report to Sales Officer on a daily basis.

Pay: ₹9,640.42 - ₹31,247.14 per month
