Field Sales Officer for GT sales

We are looking for FSO (Field Sales Officer) in Kolkata Location

Should have experience into **Frozen foods Milk food,Specialist,tea,FMCG Industry/ Food & Beverages. industry into Sales**.

1 to 3 years experience
- Roles and Responsibilities:
Handling General trade Business

Handling On rolls teams
On roll team management
Re-distribution & Primary Sales
Distributions build up including new sales channels
Implementing & monitoring market inputs
Display & merchandising
Induction, training and developing distributors and their sales force
Demonstrate company values, ethics & pride through exemplary behavior

Identify and develop new business opportunities with key outlets in the Frozen foods industry
demonstrating and presenting products to key outlets
Visit Distributors regularly to monitor implementation of sales and promotional initiatives and maintain relationships for long term business prospects.
Grow the distribution Channel/ Network, Drive volume, profitability to achieve disruptive growth.
Handling the channel sales, dealer distributor management for the assigned territory and
Mandatory food company experience

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Secondary Sales responsibility within the designated geography.
- Work with the Salesmen in the respective markets to ensure efficient order booking in accordance to MJP.
- Ensure achievement of sales and distribution objectives by Salesmen.
- Manage the primary and secondary sales of the identified stockist in direct towns.
- Trade Marketing Programs
- Other BTL inputs (schemes and promotions, visibility spends etc.)
- Achievement of secondary sales targets.
- Achievement of Salesmen productivity norms (Salesmen Incentivization).
- Average brand sold
- Opportunity Brands/NPD.

**OTHER REQUIREMENT**:

- Bike and license mandatory
- Knowledge of sales fundamentals
- Relevant exposure to both the selling and the merchandising process
- In-depth understanding of local market with significant Trade relationships with key retailers and wholesalers
- Ability to resolve conflicts and handle objections.
