We are looking for a Manual Mobile Testing Lead to provide sound technical leadership in all aspects of our business. You will interact regularly with product management, designers, and other teams. You will also need to stay on top of the latest trends and technologies.

**Requirements**:

- Must have ADB knowledge and hands-on experience on ADB commands
- knowledge of test methods and tools, software testing standards and the product development cycle
- Team leading capability, work management among the team like assigning the tasks, tracking and reporting to management.
- Should have skills to interact with clients, understand the requirements and prepare the test strategy.
- Prepare and provide test reports to clients or management in a timely manner.
- Must have prior experience in creating optimal test strategy (including functional, non-functional, analytics, and automation) and test plans for both short-term and long-term projects both.
- Should be able to write the test cases by analyzing the requirements.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail, critical thinking, debugging, solid communication, with the ability to track multiple test executions simultaneously and report results.
- Bug reporting, tracking and taking them to the closure.
- Ability to handle the independent execution with mínimal guidance
- Should have experiences in project management tools like Jira or other
- Sharp analytical abilities, proven design skills, excellent communication skills
