**RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Developing event concepts: The creative executive is responsible for developing and refining event concepts in collaboration with the client and other stakeholders, ensuring that the event vision and objectives are fully understood and aligned with the client's brand and values.
- To interact with clients to ensure clarity in brief (whenever required)
- Conceptualize the entire event and provide end-to-end creative solutions based on the creative brief.
- Work closely with the Design Team to take the concept to the next level and aid in its visualization process.
- Work in tandem with the Operations team for new experience and consumer engagements
- Managing event design and production: The creative executive oversees the design and production of event materials, including but not limited to event themes, decor, lighting, sound, stage design, and special effects, and ensures that they meet the creative vision and objectives of the event.
- Collaborating with internal and external teams: The creative executive works closely with other departments such as event planning, marketing, production, and vendor management, to ensure that the creative vision is fully integrated into all aspects of the event.
- Budget management: The creative executive is responsible for developing and managing the creative budget, ensuring that creative solutions are aligned with the client's budget and constraints.
- Managing and leading creative team: The creative executive manages and provides leadership to the creative team, providing guidance and support to team members and ensuring that team goals and objectives are aligned with event objectives.
- Staying up to date with industry trends: The creative executive must stay current with industry trends, attending industry events and workshops, and researching new and innovative design ideas and technologies.
- Ensuring quality control: The creative executive must ensure that all event creative elements meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.
- Digital Media : Script Writing for Corporate AV's, Developing Corporate Presentations and Company Profiles, Content Development

- Presentation of Ideas visually and verbally.
- Conceptualize event-centric themes and collaterals.
- Planning and describing the entire flow of the activity/event

- Experience
- 2 - 3 years
- To strategize and plan complete consumer/ audience engagement & present it in PowerPoint format.
- A pleasant personality who is self-motivated and self-driven
- Creative bent of mind.
- The potential of leading the creative process independently
