**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth functioning of back office tasks.
- Maintain and update records in Tally, ensuring accuracy in data entry and financial transactions.
- Handle basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, billing, and reconciliation.
- Assist in preparing reports, maintaining documentation, and managing filing systems.
- Support the management team with administrative tasks and correspondence.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall efficiency of the office.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Education**: Graduates from any stream.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with hands-on experience in Tally.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in Tally and basic accounting principles.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in English communication.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
