**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Verify and maintain customer documents as per bank/NBFC requirements.
- Handle data entry, MIS reports, and maintain proper records.
- Coordinate with sales officers, banks, and customers for loan status updates.
- Prepare and update loan files, agreements, and other paperwork.
- Provide back-end support to sales and management team.
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of work.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience in back office / data entry / finance sector.
- Good communication skills (written & verbal).
- Attention to detail, organized, and ability to multitask.
- Knowledge of banking/loans documentation will be an advantage.

**Compensation & Benefits**:

- **Salary**: ₹12,000 - ₹20,000 per month (based on experience).
