We are looking for a hardworking and reliable **Supervisor** to handle recruitment and labor management for our HR company. **The role involves finding workers, managing their hiring, and ensuring they are sent to the right jobs as needed by our clients. **You will also make sure all processes follow legal and company rules.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Finding Workers**:
Recruit workers (skilled and unskilled) based on client needs.
Build connections with laborers, colleges and other such sources
Organize and manage hiring events or interviews.
- **Managing Workers**:
Help workers with joining formalities and explain their roles and responsibilities.
Keep records of attendance, deployment, and availability of workers.
Make sure all labor-related legal requirements (like PF, ESI) are followed.
- **Assigning Work**:
Work with clients to understand their labor needs.
Assign workers to different projects as per client requirements.
Handle worker grievances or issues quickly and professionally.
- **Keeping Records**:
Ensure all paperwork for hiring and contracts is completed correctly.
Prepare simple reports on recruitment and labor use for management.
Check that company and legal policies are being followed.
- **Building Relationships**:
Maintain good relationships with clients to understand their needs.
Build trust with workers and labourers to to create a positive work environment.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
