**Logistics Executive**

Responsible for managing supply chain management functions including flow of goods, deliveries, inventory control, shipping and receiving for Miracle Stonex Private Limited.

**Your tasks/Duties**:
Develops and supports logistics strategy

Communicate and support customers at a senior level which includes problem solving, monitoring, and attending meetings when necessary

Oversee staff and trouble shoot daily operational issues

Maintain compliance with corporate, state, and federal regulations

Vendor selection and management

Support Director with various functions including developing annual budgets

Performance of accounting duties such as bill paying, invoicing, and collections

Monthly reporting

Review vendor invoices and payment details for accuracy before approving

Support supervisors and staff in daily activity to expedite response time to customers as needed

Support company marketing functions

Provide insight into new logistics technologies, and skill sets

Set goals for staff and confirm results.

**What we expect:

Extensive experience in logistics and supply chain management. Extensive knowledge in SAP. Ability to effectively work with individuals at all organizational levels.

Excellent attendance and the ability to work a flexible schedule and be on call are essential.

Understanding of inventory management and goods tracking is critical.

Addressing performance concerns in a timely manner

Delegate and execute administrative duties

Administrative tasks such as approving time sheets, paid time off and monitoring overtime

Conducting performance appraisals for direct reports

Abide by Human Resources policies, procedures, practices and lead by example

Provide training whenever necessary to staff

Create presentations, hold, and run meetings for staff

Maintain positive employee engagement and actively manage staff

**Your profile/Requirements**:
Bachelor degree in Business is desired.

A minimum of 5 years experience in logistics within an manufacturing unit.

Familiar with compliance matters involving government regulatory, logistics, and inventory matters

Extensive computer skills, mathematics, written, and oral communication skills

Ability to travel to support customers.

3 years experience and full knowledge of Tally Prime.

**Schedule**:
Day shift

Monday to Friday

Travel Location: On site.

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
