Knowledge of MS-Office & Basic Computers.
- Minimum one years of experience in front desk operator/Receptionist.
- Responding to incoming and outgoing calls and transfer to relevant departments.
- Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, and answer any questions visitors have.
- Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times.
- Maintain order & record of Stationary and house keeping material.
- Maintain attendance registers.
- Make arrangements for an office event.
- Keep a track of incoming & outgoing couriers, Maintain register of all incoming letter, packages etc. and distribute them.
- Assisting to HR in day to day activities.
- Booking of Gas Cylinder as and when required.
- Purchase and sales Eway bill entry.
- Keep record of housekeeping log book.
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Morning shift
Supplemental Pay:
- Yearly bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Anand Nagar MIDC, Ambarnath, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Front desk - Receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
