Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions for both US and Indian entities.

Prepare monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements for both regions.

Assist with the annual budgeting process and monitor variances throughout the year.

Maintain and reconcile bank accounts, cash, and other financial transactions for both US and Indian operations.

Prepare and submit timely and accurate financial reports to management, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations in both countries.

Coordinate and assist with the annual audit process, working closely with external auditors in the US and India.

Ensure timely and accurate filing of all tax returns, including US federal and state taxes, Indian GST, and other indirect taxes.

Manage payroll processing for employees in India and other countries, including timely and accurate disbursement of salaries, reimbursements, and statutory deductions.

Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard the company's assets and ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial records in both regions.

Provide financial analysis and support for decision-making, as required.

Liaise with banks, tax authorities, and other financial institutions in both the US and India, as needed.

Keep abreast of changes in financial regulations and best practices in both countries and ensure compliance with all statutory requirements.

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, handling finances for both US and Indian entities.

In-depth knowledge of US GAAP, Indian accounting standards (Ind AS), and financial regulations in both countries.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work output.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.

**Salary**: ₹136,543.62 - ₹408,107.51 per year
