- Sample Handling and Preparation: Receive, label, and store samples (e.g., blood, tissue, fluids) according to protocols.
- Prepare samples for testing, ensuring accurate and efficient processes. Testing and Analysis: Perform routine and non-routine laboratory tests using appropriate equipment and techniques.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, including microscopes, centrifuges, and other instruments. Record and analyze data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Quality Control and Maintenance: Ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results through quality control measures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment. Ensure the proper storage and disposal of chemicals and other hazardous materials.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of experiments, procedures, and results. Prepare reports and present findings to scientists and other personnel.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support to scientists and other laboratory personnel. Assist with the development and implementation of new laboratory procedures.
- Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines. Ensure the proper use and maintenance of safety equipment.
- Other duties: Assist with ordering and stocking laboratory supplies. Participate in laboratory training and
