**Job Title**: Tele Sales Executive (Female) - Pharma

**Location**: Baldev Nagar, Ambala, Haryana

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing clients, promoting and selling healthcare products and services.
- Articulate product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and professionally in fluent English.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and rapport.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Address client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, sales activities, and client interactions.
- Follow up on leads and effectively close sales.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of our healthcare products and services.
- Utilize CRM software to manage client data and track sales progress.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree required.
- Proven experience in telesales, preferably within the healthcare industry.
- **Exceptional verbal communication skills in fluent English.**:

- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software.
- Ability to handle objections professionally and maintain composure under pressure.
- A positive, proactive, and customer-focused attitude.
- Must be able to work the hours of 9am to 6pm.

**Salary**:

- ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month (commensurate with experience).

**Working Hours**:

- 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
