**_We are looking for a passionate, organized, sincere and hardworking Assistant Storekeeper to join our fast growing, multi-cuisine restaurant in Goa who will be responsible for all store management activities. To be successful as an Assistant Storekeeper, you must be able to multitask and perform well under pressure while remaining calm and professional with staff and_**
**_vendors. A good Assistant Storekeeper is the one who is able to manage stock by keeping a record of sales and order the required replacement items on timely basis._**

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
1.Ensure that the store is kept clean and organized.
2.Ensure that the Racks in the Store are Labelled properly.
3.Ensure that all items stored in the Stores are checked for Expiry Dates on periodic basis.
4.Assist the Storekeeper in all the tasks to manage the Stores efficiently.
5.Manage the Staff Laundry - Ensure proper records are maintained of staff uniform and ensure that each staff gets their Uniform on time.
6.Create Purchase Order (PO) for daily requirements.
7.Receive daily raw materials and make an entry into the store system.
8.Verify raw material is as per the PO and verify the bill submitted.
9. Verify the rates and ensure we are getting the material at agreed upon pricing.
10. Send the bills to the accounts for payment on everyday basis.
11. Create PO to procure non-daily store items.
12. Maintain stock level as per the standards set by the Chef / Assistant Chef and depending on the consumption.
13. Receive non-daily store items and verify with the PO.
14. Verify the bill for pricing and send the bill to the accounts for payment processing.
15. Issue material to the respective kitchen and bar departments.
16. Ensure that FIFO - FIRST IN FIRST OUT Concept is followed while issuing material to the Kitchen or any other Department.
17. Maintain store management system records.
18. Generate requested reports in the absence of the Storekeeper.
19. Send reports to the management on a periodical basis in the absence of the Storekeeper.
20. Perform all the instructions & duties as requested by the Management from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Keep a record of sales and restock the store accordingly.
- Must be organized and punctual.
- Well-presented and professional.
- Prior experience in store management is preferable.
- Experience in using computer systems such as Store Management Software, Microsoft
- Strong creative, analytical, logical, and critical thinking ability.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Being flexible.

**_Job Timings:_**
Should be available to work between 10:30 AM to 3:30 PM and 6:30 PM and 11 PM Monday through Sunday with one weekly off.

**Coordinates with**:
Chef, Assistant Chef, Manager, Assistant Manager, Kitchen, Bar, Accounts, Security.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
