Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Beauty Advisor to join our team at [Goa Airport]. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and sharing your expertise on our skincare products. You will help customers achieve their skincare goals, build strong relationships, and maintain a clean and welcoming kiosk environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide personalized skincare consultations and product recommendations
- Achieve sales targets and meet customer service standards
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of products, ingredients, and skincare trends
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Assist with inventory management and visual merchandising
- Participate in product training and brand initiatives
- Collaborate with the Kiosk Manager to achieve sales goals and objectives
- Maintain a clean and organized kiosk environment

Requirements:

- 2+ year of experience in retail, customer service, or the beauty industry
- Strong knowledge of skincare products and ingredients
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Passport is mandatory, post 2021

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certification in skincare or beauty-related field
- Experience with skincare consultations and product recommendations
- Knowledge of skincare trends and ingredients
- Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and inventory management
- Graduate in any sector

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
