**Responsibilities**:
Social Media Strategy & Management:
Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.

Manage all social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)

Create and maintain a consistent brand voice and image across all platforms.

Stay up-to-date on social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.

Content Creation & Curation:
Create compelling and original content (text, images, videos, stories) optimized for each platform.

Develop and manage a content calendar, ensuring regular and engaging posts.

Source and curate relevant industry news and content to share with our audience.

Community Management:
Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages promptly and professionally.

Foster a positive and interactive online community.

Monitor social media channels for brand mentions and industry conversations.

Performance Analysis & Reporting:
Track and analyze key social media metrics (engagement, reach, impressions, etc.)

Generate regular reports on social media performance, identifying areas for improvement.

Utilize social media analytics to optimize content and strategies.

Collaboration & Communication:
Collaborate with marketing and other teams to ensure alignment with overall brand messaging and campaigns.

Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders on social media performance and insights.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,289.07 - ₹35,141.05 per month
