
Customer Service Champion

**Key responsibilities**:
Listen to the needs of the customer/Partner and share insights with product team to help create and deliver solutions for them
Help develop end-to-end, high-impact customer experience through the app
Actively assess potential solutions / product constructs for the platform and create communication strategies for the changes/new feature launches
Develop state-of-the-art communication messages in line with the SaveIN themes
You are also responsible for solving questions in regard to the product provided by the company
B2B and corporate activations
Able to develop and maintain broad and deep external partner relations with company partners
**Skills and competencies**:
Minimum graduate degree in any stream.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong proficiency with MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook required
Working knowledge of CRM systems like Zoho, Salesforce etc. preferred
Understanding of or experience in working of financial services industry would be a plus
High level of integrity required for handling sensitive and confidential information
Strong customer servicing and interpersonal skills to be able to interact with and respond to customers via different channels
Ability to take initiative in anticipating and identifying problems, find solutions, and provide timely follow
- through on issues
Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
Deliver extraordinary customer care by responding to questions concerning the SaveIN app in a fast paced environment
Grow and nurture customer relationships on every interaction that results in measurable customer value
This is an individual contributor role
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
