With a strong presence in Delhi, Jaipur, and Mumbai, and a growing export and retail footprint, we are now seeking a visionary Chief Executive Officer to lead the next phase of our growth across domestic and international markets.

**About The Role**
We are seeking a strategic, agile, and execution-focused leader to oversee business operations, retail expansion, and global distribution strategy. This high-impact leadership role demands deep domain expertise in luxury fashion, strong operational capabilities, and a founder-level commitment to scaling the brand.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Business Leadership & Strategy**
- Work in close collaboration with the founders to align vision, strategy, and execution
- Define and lead quarterly and annual business growth roadmaps
- Oversee the launch of new verticals, international market entry, and strategic partnerships

**Operations & Supply Chain**
- Manage daily operations across retail, production, export, and inventory functions
- Ensure timely delivery, optimal stock planning, production quality, and vendor coordination
- Conduct regular reviews with departmental heads to track performance metrics and outputs

**Retail & Sales Management**
- Drive footfall, conversion, and revenue across all retail touchpoints
- Lead multibrand outlet (MBO) partnerships, distributor development, and B2B sales
- Monitor key sales metrics, CRM implementation, and customer lifecycle strategies

**Export & Global Market Development**
- Expand the brand’s global presence through exhibitions, buying houses, and agents
- Navigate compliance requirements, product presentation standards, and international pricing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with global clients and partners

**Digital & Online Strategy**
- Supervise digital marketing, website growth, and online revenue generation
- Coordinate with internal and external teams for performance marketing and omnichannel initiatives
- Align digital presence with retail performance and customer experience

**Team & Culture**
- Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and innovation
- Hire and mentor senior leadership across design, marketing, production, and sales
- Represent the brand externally and internally as a visionary and results-oriented leader

**Qualifications**:

- 10-15 years of leadership experience in fashion, luxury, retail, or lifestyle sectors
- Proven expertise in retail expansion, export development, and operational efficiency
- Strong working knowledge of vendor management, stock planning, costing, and supply chain
- Proficient in CRM/ERP systems and data-driven decision-making
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Deep understanding of fashion aesthetics, luxury clientele, and couture craftsmanship
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholder relationships
- Willingness to travel frequently across Delhi, Jaipur, Noida, and internationally as required

**Compensation & Benefits**
- CTC: ₹12-16 LPA (flexible based on experience and qualifications)
