**About the Role**
- As ADVANZ PHARMA continues to strengthen its position as the partner of choice for specialty, hospital, and rare disease medicines, we have an exciting opportunity for an Executive
- Artworks Implementation.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Work on electronic Artwork Management System to pick up and complete task as per priority ensuring none are overdue.
- Assist in Investigation of assigned deviation and CAPA related to artworks and ensure that all the necessary actions are carried out to close the deviation and ensuring no overdue.
- Assist in Completion of assigned change control task.
- Highlight and flag immediately unresolved issues to escalation to Manager and get it resolved.
- Support any system/software upgradation.
- Timely approval of Print proofs ensuring no overdue.
- Ensuring CMO forms and other CMO documents like BOMs are approved within defined timelines.
- Follow up for costs from CMO in agreed time and Purchase orders are raised and approved. Maintaining the log of all costs received.

- For this role, you will also have the following:
**Qualifications**:

- Must have significant experience in artwork implementation for regulated and unregulated markets.
- Graduate with science background and Project Management certification is preferred.

**Knowledge, Skills & Experience**:

- Relevant experience within the pharmaceutical sector is preferred
- Experience in work flows in document management systems.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- A positive and ‘can-do’ approach, biased towards finding solutions and embracing change.
