**JOB DESCRIPTION FOR SENIOR ARTWORKER**

**A LITTLE BIT ABOUT THE ROLE**

The Creative Artworker supports the design team to produce well-crafted and on brand assets. You will have worked directly with clients and be looking to develop and build effective working relationships with the Oliver team and the client. This role delivers integrated marketing campaigns, print as well as digital. The Creative Artworker is responsible for adaptations, amends, asset execution and artwork.

**What You'll be Doing**:

- Have a solid knowledge of the brand guidelines to act as a brand guardian
- Working in a fast-paced environment and with a small high-impact creative team
- An excellent attention to detail and quality check process
- Working across different financial products
- Working collaboratively with the design team to develop and execute ideas to create artwork of the highest standard within brand guidelines and the client's exacting standards
- Monitor artwork quality, accuracy, and consistency
- Working to agreed timescales and effectively managing workload
- Provide high level of customer service through effective working relationships

**WHAT YOU'LL NEED**:

- A versatile skill set which can demonstrate design flair in print and digital across a range of platforms.
- A strong understanding of typography, space and layout, formatting text to stylesheets and preparing files for printers.
- Excellent working knowledge of repro and print processes, including colour management.
- Strong working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, Sketch. Power point is also desirable.
- A team player with good communication skills, who actively contributes to the team's knowledge.
- Comfortable creating artwork for a variety of communications material to include Advertising, POS, Branding and Marketing projects/campaigns.
- Experience in the financial sector is beneficial.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in:

- Print

POS, leaflets, brochures, direct mail
- Artwork
- Production
