**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales & Business Development**: Identify and approach potential customers in industries like fabrication, manufacturing, construction, and engineering.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and address their welding electrode needs.
- **Product Promotion**: Effectively promote and demonstrate welding electrodes from top brands to clients.
- **Market Analysis**: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to strategize sales growth.
- **Target Achievement**: Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive business generation.
- **Reporting & Documentation**: Maintain sales reports, customer feedback, and market insights for management review.

**Key Requirements**:

- Experience in **welding products, industrial sales, or related fields** is preferred.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
- Willingness to travel for client visits and business expansion.
- Basic technical knowledge of welding electrodes is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software is desirable.
