We are seeking a dynamic and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in achieving their goals and delivering exceptional customer service. The Sales Coordinator plays a vital role in coordinating sales activities, assisting with administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth flow of information between the sales team, customers, and various internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team in managing and updating customer accounts, sales orders, and client communication.

Provide product information and support to customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues.

Receive, process, and track sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Maintain sales records, reports, and customer databases.

Prepare sales-related reports, including sales performance, inventory levels, and customer feedback.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and responsiveness.

Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner.

Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including appointment scheduling, travel arrangements, and preparing sales materials.

Provide administrative support for sales presentations and meetings.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team to ensure product availability.

Assist in maintaining accurate pricing and product information.

Collaborate with various internal departments, including marketing, finance, and customer service, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

Serve as a central point of contact for the sales team's needs and inquiries.

Qualifications: Any Graduate /Post Graduate.

Skills: Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role is a plus.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Customer-focused with a commitment to providing exceptional service.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
