Ielts Tutor and Youtube Content Creator

We are looking for dynamic and qualified IELTS tutors who not only excel in traditional classroom teaching but also have a flair for creating high-quality educational content for YouTube. As an IELTS Tutor and YouTube Content Creator, you will play a crucial role in helping students prepare for the IELTS exam while expanding our online presence through engaging video content.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Conduct IELTS Classes**:Deliver effective and engaging IELTS preparation classes to students, focusing on all four skills: listening, reading, writing, and speaking.

Provide personalized feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their English language proficiency.
- **Create YouTube Videos**:Develop and produce high-quality YouTube content related to IELTS preparation, including tutorials, tips, and practice exercises.

Script, film, and edit videos to ensure they are visually appealing, informative, and align with the institute's educational standards.
- **Content Planning and Research**:Stay updated on the latest trends and changes in the IELTS exam format and content.

Plan and organize video content based on student needs and commonly challenging areas in the IELTS exam.
- **Engage with the Online Community**:Respond to comments on YouTube, addressing student queries and fostering a positive online learning community.

Collaborate with other educators and influencers in the field to enhance the institute's online presence.
- **Performance Analysis**:Monitor the performance and engagement metrics of YouTube videos and adjust content strategies accordingly.

Provide regular reports on video performance and student feedback to enhance content quality.

**Salary**: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
