**Job Title: Duty Doctor (BHMS)**

**Job Summary**:
The Duty Doctor is responsible for providing high-quality homeopathic healthcare to patients. This role involves diagnosing illnesses, prescribing homeopathic remedies, and ensuring comprehensive patient care in a clinical setting. The Duty Doctor will also collaborate with healthcare team members and educate patients about their health and treatments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Patient Assessment**: Perform detailed patient assessments, including taking medical histories and conducting physical examinations.
- **Diagnosis**: Utilize homeopathic principles to diagnose health issues and determine appropriate treatment plans.
- **Treatment**: Prescribe individualized homeopathic remedies and explain their usage and benefits to patients.
- **Emergency Response**: Provide immediate care in emergency situations and stabilize patients before further treatment or referral.
- **Patient Education**: Educate patients and their families about health conditions, homeopathic treatments, and preventive care measures.
- **Follow-Up Care**: Monitor and evaluate patient progress during follow-up appointments, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, including treatment plans and patient progress notes.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- **Community Engagement**: Participate in health camps and community outreach programs to promote homeopathy and educate the public on health topics.
- **Continuous Professional Development**: Stay informed about advancements in homeopathy and healthcare practices through ongoing education.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS) from a recognized institution.
- Valid medical license to practice homeopathy.
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle emergencies effectively.
- Commitment to patient-centered care and ongoing professional development.

**Working Conditions**:
