**Roles and Responsibilities**:
To receive BOQ and Shop drawings from the internal tender team and design team and ensure the quantities are as per site condition and shop drawings.

Preparing the variation statement/Cost to complete of the project before start the project work execution and getting cost approval from the client

Preparing the Rate analysis for Non tender(NT) items in BOQ and getting approvalPreparing &getting certify the RA Running and Final Bills form GC/PMC/Client

Coordinating with floor engineers and taking all the measurements and prepare measurement breakup JMR sheets and getting approval client on site

Ensuring all the inward materials are as per BOQ specification and shop drawings and getting approval on MIR sheets

Coordinating with accounts team to raise the tax invoices for the bills

Verify the Sub contractor bills with site and certify.

Coordinating with internal testing, project &design team for as-built drawing and testing and commissioning reports and handingover documents to close the Running and Final bills.

Attend the weekly review meeting on site and office for work progress and billing status.

Making recouncilation statement with materials inward/outward/stock along with project managers at end of the project and report to office.

Preparing the site technician job cards with cost analysis and send to office management at every month.

**Salary**: From ₹45,000.00 per month

- Bangalore City, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
