**Job Description: MEP Billing Engineer**

**Location**: Bangalore
**Experience**: 2+ years
**Salary**: As per industry standards

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and verify **MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) bills** as per contract terms and site progress.
- Handle **quantity estimation, cost analysis, and BOQ (Bill of Quantities) preparation** for MEP projects.
- Ensure **accurate measurement** of work done and verify subcontractor/vendor bills.
- Coordinate with **site engineers, contractors, and project teams** for billing-related activities.
- Maintain **records of work orders, invoices, and payment certifications**.
- Monitor project budgets and provide **cost control support**.
- Ensure compliance with **contractual agreements, tax laws, and company policies**.
- Assist in **audit procedures, dispute resolution, and reconciliation of bills**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
