The Telecalling Executive is responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products, services, or gather information. They play a key role in generating leads, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The Telecalling Executive must have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to handle customer queries and objections effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calls**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products or services.
- Explain product features and benefits, answer customer queries, and address concerns.
- Persuade customers to make a purchase or schedule an appointment for further consultation.
- **Lead Generation**:

- Identify potential customers and generate leads through cold calling and other methods.
- Qualify leads based on defined criteria and forward them to the sales team for follow-up.
- Maintain a detailed database of all interactions with customers and leads.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Handle customer complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- **Sales Targets**:

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
- Track and report on sales performance and call outcomes.
- Develop strategies to improve sales and customer engagement.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and other relevant data.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on call activities, sales performance, and customer feedback.
- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality in accordance with company policies.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with team members and other departments to achieve common goals.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Share feedback and insights to help improve processes and customer experience.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
