Site Supervisor

Supervise the installation of facade systems on construction sites, including curtain walls, windows, doors, cladding, and other components.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project execution.
- Lead a team of installation technicians, providing guidance, training, and support as needed to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards to maintain a safe working environment.
- Manage resources effectively, including materials, equipment, and manpower, to optimize productivity and minimize waste.
- Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and contractors to address concerns, provide updates, and maintain positive relationships.
- Document project activities, including daily reports, progress photos, and as-built drawings, to track project milestones and facilitate project closeout.
- Troubleshoot technical problems and propose practical solutions to overcome challenges encountered during installation.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and teamwork to drive operational excellence and exceed customer expectations.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
