**Job Summary**

The Site Supervisor oversees daily operations at construction or project sites, ensuring that work is completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role involves coordinating workers, managing resources, and ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards. The Site Supervisor acts as a key point of contact between workers, subcontractors, and management.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Site Management**:

- Oversee and coordinate daily site activities to meet project schedules and deadlines.
- Ensure all work is executed in accordance with project plans and specifications.
- **Workforce Coordination**:

- Supervise and direct onsite workers and subcontractors.
- Assign tasks and monitor progress to ensure productivity and quality.
- **Health and Safety Compliance**:

- Enforce strict adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular safety checks and ensure proper use of safety equipment.
- **Quality Control**:

- Inspect work for quality assurance and adherence to standards.
- Identify and address any issues or defects promptly.
- **Resource Management**:

- Monitor and manage onsite materials, equipment, and resources effectively.
- Report material shortages or equipment needs to management.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of site activities, including attendance, progress, and incidents.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the Project Manager.
- **Stakeholder Communication**:

- Act as a liaison between site workers, subcontractors, and the project management team.
- Address any onsite concerns or conflicts promptly.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Education**:

- Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in site supervision or safety (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH) are an advantage.
- **Experience**:

- Proven experience in site supervision or a similar role in the construction industry.
- Familiarity with construction processes, tools, and equipment.
- **Skills**:

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical documents.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
