To supervise and motivate the sales team in, we are seeking an Innovative and outcome-focused Sales Development Manager.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Select, train, mentor, and encourage a results-oriented sales team to surpass performance expectations.
- Explore new markets and expand the agent network in untapped areas.
- Organize frequent training programs to enhance agents' expertise in product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Lead contract negotiations and develop strategic alliances with agencies.
- Direct pivotal client negotiations, sealing contracts, and achieving targeted sales goals.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹245,000.00 - ₹345,000.00 per year
