About the Role

We are seeking a experienced Product Designer to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver exceptional user experiences that drive business success. As a Product Designer, you will take the lead in shaping product design strategies and flows, and defining the project design process.

Let’s talk about Responsibilities- Lead Product Design projects: Define, develop, and deliver intuitive, user-centered design solutions from concept to final handoff to engineering, being a fierce advocate for the people who use our products- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to align design with business goals and technical feasibility.- User Research & Testing: Conduct user research, gather feedback, and perform usability testing to validate and iterate on design solutions.- Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design ideas and interactions.- Design System Development: Maintain and evolve the design system with the Design System team, ensuring consistency across implemented product experiences.- Design Reviews: Present design concepts and iterations to stakeholders, gather feedback, and make improvements.- Stay Current on Design Trends: Keep up with industry trends, tools, and emerging technologies to continuously improve the design process.

Let’s talk about Qualifications and Experience

**Required Skills**:
- Expertise in UX/UI Design: Mastery of user-centered design principles and methodologies.- Proficiency in Design Tools: Advanced skills in tools like Figma, Miro, and Test tools.- User Research & Testing: Strong experience conducting user research and translating insights into actionable design solutions.- Prototyping & Interaction Design: Ability to create high-quality interactive prototypes to simulate product functionality.- Cross-functional Collaboration: Experience working with product management and engineering teams in an agile environment.- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical thinking and ability to turn complex problems into simple and elegant solutions.- Communication & Presentation Skills: Ability to articulate design rationale clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.- 3+ years of experience in product design, preferably with experience in leading design efforts for digital products.- Proven experience working on complex, large-scale projects with cross-functional teams.- A strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design work, from UX research to high-fidelity UI design.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Design Thinking and other design methodologies.- Familiarity with HTML/CSS or front-end development concepts is a plus.- Background in both B2B and B2C product design.- Experience working in agile environments with developers and product managers.
