We are looking for a passionate and target-driven **Sales Executive** to join our fitness team. If you are a fast learner, have strong communication skills, and can confidently close deals, this opportunity is for you. Experience in gym or wellness sales is a strong advantage.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify potential clients through walk-ins, calls, leads, and referrals.
- Explain membership plans, personal training, and other gym services clearly and confidently.
- Follow up with prospects and convert them into active members.
- Work with the marketing and floor teams to plan local outreach and promotional activities.
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure renewals and referrals.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Keep accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Quick learner with a hunger to grow in a competitive sales environment.
- Good communication skills (English/Hindi/Punjabi preferred).
- Comfortable using computers and CRM software.
- Flexible with shifts and duties (weekends and peak hours required).
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Prior experience in gyM/Fitness sales is a big plus.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
