Position Title: Data Entry Operator

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year

Job Summary

**Key Responsibilities**

1. Data Entry:
Accurately input data into company databases, spreadsheets, or software systems.

Update existing data records as required.

Verify and correct data to maintain accuracy.

2. Data Management:
Organize and maintain electronic and physical files.

Perform data quality checks to ensure reliability and completeness.

Retrieve data for reports and presentations as needed.

3. Administrative Support:
Assist in creating reports, summaries, and documentation.

Handle routine office tasks related to data entry and recordkeeping.

4. Coordination:
Collaborate with team members and other departments to obtain necessary information.

Communicate any data inconsistencies or issues promptly to supervisors.

5. Confidentiality:
Handle sensitive data responsibly, ensuring its protection and confidentiality.

**Key Skills and Competencies**

**Proficiency in MS Office (ADVANCE Excel, Word) and data entry software.**

Excellent typing speed with high accuracy.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Basic knowledge of data protection and confidentiality principles.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Hindi speaking is Mandatory

**Qualifications**

Any Graduate, Bachelors, Diploma or equivalent

Minimum 1 year of experience in **Data Entry & Advance Excel** or related roles

**Work Environment**

**MONDAY-SATURDAY WORKING**

**CANDIDATE MUST HAVE LAPTOP & WIFI CONNECTION**

**SALARY-8K-10K DEPEND ON EXPERIENCE**

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
