Job Title: Store Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service: Greet and assist customers, helping them find products, answer inquiries, and recommend items based on their needs

2. Sales: Actively engage with customers to meet sales targets and drive revenue. Upsell or cross-sell products when appropriate.

3. Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the store's products, features, benefits, and promotions to assist customers effectively.

4. Cash Handling: Operate the cash register, process transactions accurately, and handle cash, credit, and debit card payments.

5. Merchandising: Organize and display products on shelves, ensuring the store is visually appealing and well-stocked. Replenish inventory as needed.

6. Inventory Management: Assist in stocktaking, replenishing merchandise, and keeping track of inventory levels.

7. Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and presentable at all times, including tidying up display areas and keeping the sales floor free of clutter.

8. Customer Feedback: Gather and report customer feedback to management for improving store operations and customer satisfaction.

9. Team Collaboration: Work with other sales associates and management to achieve store goals and create a positive work environment.

10. Security: Monitor for theft or suspicious behavior and follow store policies regarding loss prevention.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic math skills for handling transactions.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Knowledge of the products sold in the store is an advantage.

Skills and Attributes:
Customer-oriented with a friendly and approachable attitude.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Detail-oriented and organized

Team player with good interpersonal skills.

Proactive and self-motivated.

This role typically reports to the store manager or assistant manager and may offer opportunities for advancement based on performance and experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
