Headmistress is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the educational and administrative functions of the Pre Primary/Primary department,. This position involves providing leadership to teaching staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality education, and fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Key Responsibilities:

- Educational Leadership:

- Provide visionary leadership to the Primary department, aligning educational practices with the school's mission and goals.
- Collaborate with teachers to ensure effective delivery of the curriculum and the implementation of best teaching practices.
- Curriculum Development:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum for Grade Nur to Grade 5, ensuring alignment with educational standards and objectives.
- Integrate innovative teaching methodologies and technology to enhance the learning experience.
- Faculty Management:

- Recruit, mentor, and evaluate teaching staff within the Primary department.
- Facilitate professional development opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of teachers.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team culture among Primary faculty members.
- Student Assessment:

- Oversee the design and implementation of assessments, ensuring they align with curriculum goals and standards.
- Analyze student performance data to identify trends and implement necessary interventions.
- Student Welfare:

- Ensure the well-being and holistic development of students in Grade Nur to Grade 5.
- Monitor and address academic and behavioral concerns, collaborating with teachers and parents as needed.
- Parent Communication:

- Maintain open and transparent communication with parents or guardians regarding students' progress, activities, and any concerns.
- Organize and conduct regular parent-teacher meetings to foster a strong home-school partnership.
- Administrative Oversight:

- Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the Primary department, including scheduling, resource allocation, and record-keeping.
- Collaborate with the School Principal to implement and enforce school policies and procedures.
- Enrichment Programs:

- Introduce and coordinate enrichment programs, extracurricular activities, and events to enhance the overall development of Primary students.
- Community Engagement:

- Act as a liaison between the Pre Primary department, school administration, and the broader community.
- Participate in community outreach programs and events to promote the school's positive image.
- Qualifications**:Master's or Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field. ** Teaching certification or relevant educational qualifications for primary education. **Proven experience in a leadership role within a primary school setting. ** Strong understanding of primary education curriculum requirements and best practices. **Skills and Attributes**: Exceptional leadership and organizational skills. **Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. ** Ability to create a positive, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment. **Innovative and creative thinking to enhance the overall educational experience for Primary students. ** Experience**:Significant experience in teaching or educational leadership, preferably in primary education. ** Familiarity with curriculum requirements and best practices for primary education. **Prior experience in an administrative or coordination role in a school setting is preferred. ** Knowledge of National Education Policy (NEP) and National Curriculum Framework (NCF).

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
