Headmistress-nursery to V

Position: Headmistress - Primary Wing. This Position holds a crucial leadership role within the educational institution, responsible for overseeing all aspects of primary education and ensuring the delivery of high-quality teaching and learning experiences. This position requires a visionary and experienced leader who can inspire excellence, foster a positive school culture, and drive continuous improvement to achieve academic success and holistic development for all students.

**Purpose of role**:To oversee the overall Administration of the Primary Wing including curriculum implementation, Staff performance observations and professional development, and parent engagement initiatives.

**Location: Faridabad, Sector 43**

**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proficiency in curriculum development principles and educational frameworks such as NCF2023

**Experience**: Minimum of 8 to 10 years of early childhood education experience, with expertise in leading pre-primary & primary sections.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
