Supervise and delegate tasks to commis chefs and kitchen assistants.

Ensure the efficient and smooth running of the assigned section.

Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Assist in stock control, inventory management, and proper storage of ingredients.

Work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to ensure consistency and quality.

Monitor portion and waste control to maintain profit margins.

Train and mentor junior kitchen staff as needed.

Pay: ₹14,153.45 - ₹42,565.94 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Rotational shift
