Job Title: Research and Development Executive - Car Paint

Location: Chimbali, Pune

Salary Range: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month

Educational Qualifications:

- B.Sc. in ChemistryOR
- Graduation in Chemical StudiesOR
- Diploma in Paint Technology

**Experience**:

- 1-2 years of experience in the R&D Department of a paint, coatings, or chemical manufacturing company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Head/Manager - Quality in managing complete R&D operations related to paint technology.
- Support in formulation development, product improvement, and testing of aerosol paints and coatings.
- Contribute to quality assurance processes to ensure product consistency and compliance with standards.
- Support development of new products and improvement of existing formulations based on market feedback and innovation needs.
- Conduct technical testing and documentation as per company and industry guidelines.
- Provide technical product support to customers and users when required, aiding in sales and promotion activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, QC, and sales to ensure product efficacy and customer satisfaction.

Key Skills Required:

- Strong knowledge of paint formulation and chemical properties.
- Familiarity with testing protocols, quality control, and industry standards.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving approach.
- Excellent communication skills for internal coordination and technical customer support.
- Proficient in lab safety and handling chemicals.
