**Job Summary**

We are looking for an experienced trainer who has experience in F&B operations, QSR or Hospitality industry. Incumbent can be a F&B lecturer from Hotel management colleges.

**Responsibilities**:

- Partner with operations to understand business problems and deploy effective learning solutions to the problem identified
- Visit restaurants periodically and conduct training and assessments as required
- Reports on all training metrics to the regional ops and to L&D
- Understands new products being launched in the business and works closely with operations to train team members
- Responsible for new store opening training - product, service, induction
- Coach restaurant managers and area chefs on improvement areas in processes - BB, IGCC, Customer Feedback
- Collaborate with management to identify company training needs.
- Schedule appropriate training sessions.
- Oversee and direct workshops and individual training sessions.
- Plan and implement an effective training curriculum.
- Prepare training material such as module summaries, videos, and presentations.
- Train and guide new employees.
- Develop monitoring systems to ensure that all employees are performing job responsibilities according to training.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- Impressive communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in hospitality industry.
- Must be ready to travel extensively

**Salary**:
30000-32000 per month
