As a Duty Doctor at VR Revankar Hospital, you will play a pivotal role in delivering medical care and support to our patients. Your responsibilities will include:

- Conducting thorough patient assessments, examinations, and accurate diagnoses.
- Developing and implementing effective treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Collaborating with the medical team to ensure seamless patient care and interdisciplinary coordination.
- Monitoring patient progress and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
- Providing clear and empathetic communication to patients and their families regarding medical conditions, treatment options, and progress.
- Ensuring accurate and timely medical record documentation.
- Adhering to hospital policies, ethical standards, and best practices in patient care.

**Requirements**:

- MBBS degree from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 6 months of clinical experience.
- Strong clinical acumen and ability to make informed medical decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
- Valid medical license and registration.
