We are looking for a dedicated **Duty Doctor** to provide round-the-clock clinical support in our psychiatric hospital. The doctor will be responsible for monitoring inpatients, assisting the consultant psychiatrist, attending to emergencies, and ensuring continuity of care during rotational shifts.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Attend and assess patients in IPD and emergency as per shift.
- Monitor psychiatric inpatients and report daily progress to the consultant.
- Manage medical and psychiatric emergencies with the support of the team.
- Administer prescribed medications, IV fluids, and injections as per orders.
- Maintain accurate medical records, progress notes, and treatment charts.
- Coordinate with nursing staff for patient care and follow-up.
- Communicate with patient families regarding condition updates under supervision.
- Ensure proper handover of cases during shift changes.
- Support during ECT procedures, de-addiction care, and observation cases if applicable.
- Follow institutional protocols for patient safety, ethics, and confidentiality.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Any doctors Degree /MBBS from a recognized medical college
- **Registration**: Must be registered with the State Medical Council / NMC

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
