We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented **UI/UX Designer** to help us craft intuitive and impactful user experiences across web and mobile platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to define and implement innovative UI/UX solutions.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
- Design clean, modern interfaces using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Translate user research and business requirements into intuitive design decisions.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve designs.
- Maintain consistency in branding, typography, and design standards.

**Required Skills**:

- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
- Solid understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Strong portfolio showcasing web/app design work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.

**Nice to Have**
- Experience designing for EdTech or SaaS platforms.
- Familiarity with tools like Miro, Zeplin, or InVision.
- Understanding of design systems and component-based UI.
